There's no free plan for saving new memories. After your trial you keep read-only access to everything you saved, at no cost, and you can choose a plan whenever you're ready.
Yes, cancel anytime in your member portal (text PORTAL to your Memorie number for the link) and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Monthly plans aren't pro-rated. On a yearly plan you can get a pro-rated refund: we split what you paid into 12 and refund every month that hasn't started. Ask in month four of a Core year, for example, and you get $56 back for the remaining eight months. Within 14 days of a yearly charge, you can get a full refund. To ask, email hello@mymemorie.ai. On Plus, you can add up to 3 more phone numbers, enough for a family of four. Everyone texts Memorie together in a group chat, so what one person saves, the others can ask about. You can also ask Memorie to remind someone else in the group.

Yes. Memorie works over text message, so it works on any phone that can send and receive texts: iPhone, Android, or a basic phone. There's no app to download.
