These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Memorie website at mymemorie.ai and the Memorie SMS-based memory assistant (the "Service"), operated by Memorie ("we," "us," or "our"). By joining the waitlist or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Memorie lets you capture notes, reminders, and details by text message. AI organizes what you send, answers questions about your own notes, and sends proactive reminders. The Service is currently offered as a private beta and may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

SMS terms

If you opt in to text messages, you consent to receive SMS messages from Memorie. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
  • Send unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you send to Memorie. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Beta disclaimer and no warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. As a beta product, it may contain errors, be interrupted, or lose data. Do not rely on the Service as your only record of critical information.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memorie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
