Memorie ("Memorie," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website mymemorie.ai and the Memorie SMS-based memory assistant (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service or joining our waitlist, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the Service and communicate with you:
- Waitlist details. When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number and name.
- Messages you send. If you use the Service, we process the text messages, notes, reminders, and details you send so we can organize them, answer your questions, and remind you.
- Usage and device data. Like most websites, we collect basic analytics such as pages visited, referring site, approximate location, browser, and device type.
How we use your information
- To add you to the waitlist and send you early-access invitations and product updates.
- To provide the core Service: capturing, organizing, retrieving, and reminding you of the information you text us.
- To improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
SMS and messaging
Memorie is an SMS-based Service. If you opt in to receive text messages, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can request help by replying HELP. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service, under agreements that limit their use of it. These include:
- Hosting and analytics (e.g., Vercel) to serve the website and measure performance.
- Database and infrastructure (e.g., Supabase) to store waitlist and account data.
- Messaging and AI providers to deliver text messages and process your requests.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Memorie and our users.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices and rights

- You can stop SMS messages by replying STOP.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do, and significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
